Anbe Sivam

'Anbe Sivam'. One of the best performance of Kamal Hasan, even as a writer.

The movie beautifully teaches us the true meaning of love, relationships and existence of god in it's own way. The simple message is, as a human being, whenever you helps a stranger with your true heart, you are nobody less than a god.

The slight flavours of situational comedy and emotions, the smiling face of Kamal, despite of his tragedy and damaged past as well as face, are the main highlights of the film.

The next best part of it is, well crafted characters, scenes to define main protagonists' characters as communist and capitalist, who are equally opposite from each others, as well as meaningful and noteworthy dialogues.

Despite being a complete Kamal Hasan film, Madhavan, in a decent, slightly arrogant, angry young and restless man also complements Kamal Hasan equally, in comedy as well as emotional content.
Watching two greatest actors in a single frame is a treat to watch for movie lovers.

Fifteen years back, this was surely a movie ahead of it's time. There are many finest moments in the movie between these two actors, which are impossible to recollect in one watch. Would love to pen them down in detail, soon.
